More than 2,500 active mobility-related offences were recorded between May and December last year, according to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on Friday (Feb 1). This comes after the introduction of stricter rules on personal mobility devices (PMDs) and the use of shared paths and roads. Vanessa Lim reports.
