A visit to one of the biggest seafood markets in China is educating as James tries to haggle in Cantonese and discovers the myriad of seafood on offer here. Guangzhou is fun of surprises as he heads to one of the most famous restaurants in the city and takes his cue from super star chef Jacky Chan. No ! not the acting one but a culinary whizz who does fusion Canton food like no other. This is after all, the homeland of dim sum and James samples some delicious and delicate authentic dim sum - fit for a king. Lastly, what’s a visit to a city without heading to one of it’s popular food street ? Tucking into fish skins, innards and award winning custards is a must here !
