When Serene Yeo was living in London, she volunteered at a supper club specialised in Nikkei cuisine which is a cross pollination of Peruvian and Japanese, and it was intriguing to her. When she returned to Singapore 3 years later, she started hosting dinner by cooking Nikkei cuisine.
