Musician, Rai Kannu, is leading six unlikely fitness heroes from Clementi Primary School on a mission to get themselves, their families and their friends fitter and healthier. But challenges arise as the kids are unaware of how much their poor eating habits are being influenced by their friends, family and their environment. Can they inspire change even as they struggle to change themselves ? Fit For Kids 4 - Rai learns two things as he embarks on a mission to make vegetables great. Kids are wired to dislike vegetables, but that doesn’t mean they can’t learn to like them. So he takes them to a farm and calls in a celebrity chef. Can he get his six fitness heroes excited about their greens, or this a case of ‘mission impossible’ ?
