Joe convinces Barry to confess his feelings to Kitty. Barry returns to PNS to tell Kitty his feelings. Before he can do so, Barry gets into a fight with Ethan who’s angry with him for lying about Joe. Then, Loretta asks Barry to resolve the workers’ unhappiness with their benefits as she prepares to meet senior management.
