Two children in Malaysia have died from Hand, Food and Mouth disease. The first, a 17-month old from Penang. The deaths were traced to a virulent strain called EV-71. This same strain has infected a rising number of children in Singapore, as the weekly count of HFMD cases, climbs to a record high this year. What can we do to protect our children ?
