Besides working on theatre productions, theatre artiste Johnny Ng is also engaged in theatrical education. In the course of his work, Johnny was introduced to four children who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Upon further interaction with them, Johnny became increasingly curious about the disorder and the perspective in which these children see the world. Besides finding out more about ADHD from a doctor and their parents, he pays particular attention to his interaction with the children, and works very closely with them. Johnny learnt that through his teaching experience with these children, he has been rewarded with a valuable lesson on ‘love and patience’.
