The series follows 4 women of different ages and background as they take part in MINDEF's 2-day women's bootcamp. We meet them before the camp to hear from them their motivations for taking part and what they hope to gain from the experience. We then see them during the camp as they, and more than 100 other women, are put through the paces by SAF regulars and volunteer corps members. We hear their reflections and thoughts on what they have learnt and the better understanding and appreciation they may have for National Service.
