Singapore is sending its largest ever overseas SEA Games contingent to the 2017 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur. Meet 5 athletes on a mission. Charmaine Soh (Netball), Faith Elizabeth Khoo (Swimming), Muhammad Shakir Juanda (Silat), Adam Swandi (Football) and Kenny Lam (Ice Hockey). Charmaine has always dreamt of being on the national netball team. But the pressure is on the defending champions to defend their gold medal. Two - time silat world champion Shakir hopes that sports science will finally bring him the elusive SEA Games gold. While it’s the last chance for 21 - year - old midfielder Adam to score gold in the Under - 22 tournament, the games has only just begun for 13 - year - old swimmer Faith. Older but no less enthusiastic, Singapore’s ice hockey players end their long wait as the world’s fastest team sport finally makes its debut at the SEA Games. Hear their pride in donning national colours and their quest for glory at the 2017 SEA Games.
