Samantha Tio is a Singaporean visual artist who lives in Bali with her Indonesian artist husband and daughter. She is also the founding director of an art organization with a social enterprise arm in Bali to support people with disabilities. The duo teamed up to develop projects to address social issues and harness creativity for social empowerment among the community. 赵敏是本地艺术家，先生是居住在巴厘岛的印尼画家。两人在巴厘岛组织家庭也在当地创办社会企业，用艺术，用行动去帮助精神病患与体障者。他们把社会关怀散播给岛上的居民，也在本地推行了这个“爱心计划”。
